• High season surcharge will be applied at USD 45++ net per villa per night
   during 20 Jul - 07 Sep and 20 Dec - 07 Jan
• Benefits not taken of, will not be redeemable
• Minimum stay of 7 nights is required for period Dec 15 - Jan 7 or less based on availability
• Cancellation made less than 30 days (for low season) & 45 days (for high seasons)
   prior to arrival, 1 night cancelation fee will be applied.
   Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% charge of the total amount will be applied.
   Cancelation within 7 days, no show and early departure 100% of total amount will be applied
